Tips om de feestdagen gezond & leuk door te komen, zonder schuldgevoelens nadien.
Een opgeblazen gevoel, overeten, slecht slapen, huidonzuiverheden, energie tekort, hormonale disbalans, rimpels, zweten ‘s nachts. Het zijn allemaal motieven die jouw genot van de feestdagen kunnen wegnemen. Omdat kerst & oudejaar voor de deur staan delen we graag enkele tips hoe jij de feestdagen SMART doorkomt.
Party smart tip 1: start met water
Drink altijd eerst 2 glazen water voor je eerste glas bubbels. Dorst kan voelen als een hongerprikkel en dus voor extra trek zorgen. Wissel dus de wijntjes en de glaasjes bubbels af met water. Zorg dat je altijd een gevuld glas water hebt staan. Ook tijdens de apero tijd. Scheelt je calorieën, en als bonus: dan voelt je hoofd de volgende ochtend ook een stuk lichter, en heb je meer zin om even te gaan bewegen ;)
Party smart tip 2: help met opdienen
Wanneer je ergens uitgenodigd bent, heb je niet altijd de controle over wat er op je bord komt. Je kan wel helpen in de keuken. Als je bezig bent, eet je automatisch minder en laat je de aperohapjes misschien sneller links liggen. Daarnaast kan je tijdens het opdienen zelf kiezen, hoeveel je op je bord schept. Zorg dat je bord voor de helft gevuld is met groenten. Ontdek onze eetfilosofie! Kies een klein beetje vis of vlees en laat frietjes of kroketjes zoveel mogelijks links liggen. Ook zout & klassieke sausen kan je perfect vervangen door citroen-gember-soja-curry blends.
Party smart tip 3: pas de 80/20 regel toe
De 80/20 regel kan je toepassen door 80% van de tijd gezond te eten en 20% van de tijd kan je eens zondigen. Maar wij zien de 80/20 regel ook als: vul je buik voor 80% en niet voor 200%!
Party smart tip 4: Maak de juiste keuzes
Kies voor aperohapjes met voornamelijk groentjes. Rammenas als toastje is een ideaal alternatief en deze unieke vergeten groenten maken het ook speciaal en dus feestelijk. Wees creatief dus! Neem oesters - zeer rijk aan zink in plaats van foie gras. Zink is excellent voor jouw immuniteit, maar ook voor broze nagels en haaruitval. Een ander leuk & makkelijk aperohapje is sashimi. Verkies sashimi boven sushi want sushi is té rijk aan koolhydraten & dus suikers.
Party smart tip 5: Geniet, super(wo)man!
Eet traag en neem je tijd aan tafel. Probeer jezelf niet slecht te voelen over al het eten. Laat het los en geniet van vrienden en familie. Er is meer dan je zorgen maken over eten. Geniet van de cadeautjes, jezelf optutten of je foute kersttrui aantrekken, het huis gezellig maken, kerstfilms kijken en gezellig feesten samen met mensen die je lief hebt.
Party smart tip 6: Back to routine
Neem na de feestdagen terug tijd voor jezelf. Ga sporten, drink voldoende water en vergeet je Insentials vitamines niet te nemen.
